About our Mind Set
Our goal, as an osteopath, is to treat the body as a whole, aiming for maximum effectiveness in the shortest possible time. Techniques vary depending on the patient's needs: from Ringer Dinger, the world's most powerful adjustment, to biodynamic, the gentlest approach in osteopathy. Our treatments combine what Osteopathy and other therapies offer.
Our bodily tissues' treatment is based on a three-level care that is interdependent. We do apply techniques based on our functional diagnostic and patient' sensivity. Our goal is to get:
Space and flexibility
|
Harmonious and centered mobility
|
Ridd off obsolete information imprinted in the tissue

Horizontal Analysis
This vision is of an anatomical order, the different components of the body interacting with each other: musculoskeletal, articular, organs, nervous and glandular tissue, vessels...
all being interconnected by the fascia like a tensegrity system.
Posture, physical trauma, disease and daily habits influencing the function of each component. As an osteopath, we must keep in mind the globality of the human anatomy.
Symptoms may appear in one area, but their origin could lie in a different location.
For example: An old sprain may cause an imbalance in your foot, altering your gait. This can lead to uneven muscle use in your hip, disrupting spinal alignment. Over time, this may result in dysfunction of the upper neck's postural muscles, ultimately contributing to the development of headaches.
Vertical Analysis
Each level influences the others, so we keep in mind this cause-and-effect relationship and their feedback. The cause of the imbalance can come from a higher or lower level. We consider energy to be the cement between all of these.

My Professional Journey
Graduating from a prestigious osteopathic school in France in 2010, bringing French osteopathic expertise to Japan. I earned my D.O. and became a member of the Franco-American Osteopathic Society.
In 2015, I co-founded TokyoParaMedi. I've treated elite athletes, including Ferrari Racing teams, and expanded to seasonal practice in Niseko ski resort.
What sets me apart as an osteopath in Tokyo is my multilingual fluency (French, English, Japanese) which allows communication with expats and locals.
I've honed skills in recovery, rehabilitation and prevention in motorsport, winter sports, and martial arts, emphasizing the body's self-healing potential.
My goal is to remove obstructions to let your innate health shine.
Philosophy and Approach
Our treatment approach holistically addresses the body’s physical, energetic, and neurological dimensions. For example, in biodynamic osteopathy, we attune to subtle rhythms, to facilitate gentle, profound healing. We then employ soft techniques like fascia rebalancing, using gentle, sustained pressure to release restrictions in connective tissues, restoring fluidity and alignment across interconnected layers. Next, we incorporate methods like craniosacral therapy or visceral manipulation to reset nervous system imbalances, calming autonomic responses, reducing stress, and harmonizing neural pathways for overall equilibrium. Finally, for structural integration, we may use targeted joint manipulations, such as 'cracking' techniques, to realign bones, relieve compression, and enhance mobility. By integrating these modalities, we aim for holistic restoration, treating the body as an interconnected whole, enabling it to self-regulate and heal from within.
